Soccer Club Organizer
I established a soccer club of fifteen students, dividing them into two teams and coordinating regular practice sessions and competitions. During matches, I effectively mediated conflicts and successfully cultivated a "friendship first" ethos among members, fostering a united and supportive community. Outside the playing field, I organized additional club activities that further strengthened the bonds of friendship among members.
Student Worker
I collaborated closely with a diverse team of student workers to optimize task and time allocation, ensuring that tasks were accomplished with high quality and efficiency within a tight schedule.
